For this quick and fun Pantry Power Up - we used a recipe we saw on instagram and had to try. And its super easy!

Important take aways from this repisode:

  • Peeling a pound of garlic takes some serious time! The hot water soak does seem to help some, but it took about an hour to peel it all.

  • The recipe says to give it 3 weeks. Follow that advice!
