For this quick and fun Pantry Power Up - we used a recipe we saw on instagram and had to try. And its super easy!
Important take aways from this repisode:
Peeling a pound of garlic takes some serious time! The hot water soak does seem to help some, but it took about an hour to peel it all.
The recipe says to give it 3 weeks. Follow that advice!
And we talk about vinegar!
