Deciding to do Ramen for this Repisode took us on a very magical journey to giving us a whole new appreciation for Ramen. This incredibly diverse dish has many variations, based on 4 primary types of broth.
We talk about the Ramen Heads documentary on Hulu. Well worth the watch, but entirely subtitled, so prepare yourself to read.

Becca:
frozen corn
maitake mushrooms
bok choy
spring onions
broccoli
Gretchen:

shiitake mushrooms
ramen eggs
bacon braised in soy
scallions toppings
