Episode 19: Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Here’s what we learned from our pineapple upside down cake repisode.
It’s harder to find canned Pineapple than we thought it would be. To be fair, we didn’t look that hard.
It might be a bad idea to use a pan other than the one ask for in the recipe. G’s cake came out gluey and Becca’s cake came apart.
If you smash a pineapple a bit you can pull it apart with your hands. G is excited to try this. Any excuse to smash something.
G likes the idea of adding the pineapple juice to the cake, but wonders if it might have been part of the problem with how her cake turned out.
